Step 2

PREPARE

It is clear to us who the potential buyer for your home will be and as the old saying goes, you can never make a first impression twice. We will assist you and advise you in the pre–market preparation of your home for sale. From de-cluttering to staging and preparing a pre-inspection with a qualified California-home inspector in order to make sure all necessary repairs are made prior to your home hitting the market. We will provide you with a comparable market analysis and our market expertise to determine the value of your home, walk you through all paperwork and necessary documents, answer all your questions and ensure that there is no room for error on anything that could derail the successful sale of your home.

Step 3

CREATE

You will have access to the full service and force of Desert Sotheby’s International Realty’s in-house marketing and advertising agency, fully focused on putting all of their creative forces into the marketing of your home. We will create a comprehensive, custom-designed digital and print marketing campaign that includes professional photography, videography, 3D media and digital and print brochures - all created to showcase your home. We will supervise and guide the marketing team to ensure that your property brochures and advertising are designed to command the buyer’s attention and artfully and effectively tell the story of your home.

Step 4

MARKET

Your home will be syndicated to over 10,000 news, art, lifestyle and architectural websites, including sothebysrealty.com and luxuryrealestate.com, the top luxury real estate websites in the world. We will utilize regional, national and international powerhouses providing maximum exposure. We are a day-one team and will hit the ground running to showcase your home through top broker events, open houses and strategic online campaigns to our top feeder markets. We will create social media, digital and print marketing campaigns to tell the unique story of your home and to drive buyers to your property. No stone will be left unturned in the creative and effective marketing of your home.

Step 5

ANALYZE

Our team will be present at every showing and private tour of your home. We will provide feedback from agents and buyers, and
provide market analysis on a regular basis to strategize our marketing and price, if needed, to remain competitive. We will present all offers and expertly negotiate on your behalf. We will recommend when to bend a little and when to hold steadfast; always keeping your best interest at the forefront of everything we do. Once your offer has been accepted, we will open escrow and take care of all the details during the buyer due diligence period, including negotiating repairs and avoiding any potential situations that would cause an issue.
